There is no “one size fits all” treatment for overall wellness which is why as an agency we work hard to stay informed on new treatments, protocols and trauma-informed techniques and therapies to make sure you are receiving the best practice when it comes to your mental health and wellness. We selected a few modalities to highlight on our website but offer a plethora of options for overall wellness which range from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Systemic Family Therapy, Movement, Exposure Therapy, Art, and Yoga to EMDR and Somatic Experiencing.
